Terms and Conditions

All training sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
RcTopDog is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the dog during or after the training sessions.
The dog owner is responsible for the behavior and actions of their dog at all times.
RcTopDog reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services.
Training sessions may include a mix of individual and group training, depending on the needs of the dog and owner.
Training methods used will be based on the needs of the dog but always focusing on rewarding desired behaviors.
Ongoing support and guidance will be provided to help the owner continue reinforcing positive behaviors at home.
Regular progress assessments will be conducted to track the dog's development throughout the training program.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are not available for training sessions that have already been conducted.
If a training package was purchased but not yet started, a refund may be available upon request within a specified time period.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to RcTopDog within the specified time period.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Any fees associated with processing the refund, such as transaction fees, may be deducted from the refund amount.
In the case of a cancellation by RcTopDog, a full refund will be provided.
RcTopDog reserves the right to modify or update the return and refund policy at any time.
